We do this through our mission camp program, school holiday camps for kids. Another part of what we aim to do is to train people in practical ministry. We have many casual staff come through our doors, but more intentional training has been through our internship program. In 2006, I went through this program doing a Cert IV and then Diploma in Christian Ministry and 6 years later, I have had the privilege of being able to employ, work with and train an intern myself in 2013.
