</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=EN-AU link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>Hello again brothers<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>My apologies; I feel my previous email wasn’t real clear so let me try again. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I’m looking for suggestions for a book we can work through which will focus on the church and the work of elders in a practical and reasonably concise format (possibly with study questions), and which will also lend itself to group discussion. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>In the past we’ve used Berghoef and de Koster’s “The Elder’s Handbook” (CRCNA) but it’s somewhat dated (although still helpful) and we’re hoping to find something else. Has anyone used the updated version (by Tamminga I think)? “Escaping Mediocrity” by Kel Willis has been suggested but is out of print.
