Oswald Sanders - very practical and easily taken up & Biblical Eldership by Alexander Strauch (Lewis & Roth Publishers) which is more "heavy duty" and without a prepared study guide.</div><div><br></div><div>If you find that books are out of print, you can try places like <a href="http://abebooks.com">abebooks.com</a> and you can track them in second hand stores around the world, sometimes at bargain prices. Has anyone used the updated version (by Tamminga I think)? “Escaping Mediocrity” by Kel Willis has been suggested but is out of print.
