What is the Discipleship Matrix?
The Discipleship Matrix has been designed as a tool to stimulate growth in disciples. The primary use of the Discipleship Matrix is for self assessment. As you interact with the questions and interactions outlined in The Matrix, you will be encouraged to move on in your Christian faith and life and to take the next steps toward growth.
How to use the Discipleship Matrix
The purpose of the Discipleship Matrix is to encourage you to grow, to consider what steps God might want you to take to move ahead as you follow him. To begin simply choose from Exploring, Believing, Developing, or Multiplying based on your understanding of where you are in your walk of faith. You can also use the Mentor-Matrix to support, encourage, and further challenge others to growth.
What these steps are will be different for everyone. Every disciple, however, is called to grow toward maturity (see Colossians 1:28). Our prayer is that the Matrix might be a catalyst for you and others to do so.
