[Bulletins] Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Hi Troy & others that may experience this issue.

You need to have the outgoing mail server set to mail.crca.org.au
Below is a couple of screenshots for Outlook where some settings need to be changed.

You click on the More Settings button when you go into the Account Settings.  The Outgoing Server tab should match the first screenshot.  The Port numbers in the Advanced tab should be 995 (incoming) & 465.  'Use of the following type of encrypted connection' should be set to SSL.
