Dear family and friends,

Thank you.. I hope you can accept this message as you own personal word,
-for your many responses (email, SMS, phone) of loving support and
prayerfulness as we grieve the loss of Harry.

Today we have met with funeral directors to plan details for services for
Tuesday 15th of January. This is Harry and my wedding anniversary and it
seems fitting to start and finish a journey on that date. reminding me of
the vows  we took, to walk together in sickness and in health.

A notice will also  appear in  tomorrow's papers.

 

There will be a  committal service at the Springvale Crematorium in the
Blair chapel  for the wider family (seats about 60) at 8.45 am.  

This is to be followed by a  service of Thanksgiving and celebration for
Harry's life of witness, at the Dandenong Christian Reformed Church (corner
of Gladstone Rd. and Outlook Drive, Dandenong) which commences at 10.30am.
Opportunities for condolences will be possible  afterwards in the hall over
refreshments.

We look forward to catching up with you in person at that time.

With the planning mostly done, or left in capable hands, I will now take
some time to go to Apollo Bay to recharge, refresh, reflect and reminisce
and find God's grace  for the days ahead.

I will not be able to answer emails  for the remainder of this week.

 

Once again, my gratitude for how you have walked alongside with love, care
and practical support.
