[Mins] Child Safety Protocols

Hi Brothers.

In Geelong, we're currently considering issues around protocols for 
dealing with allegations of child abuse. We're aware of the SACC work on 
this, together with Kingston's document and some documents prepared by 
other denominations, but we're wondering whether other congregations 
have material that we could consider/make use of.
