[Mins] Recharge 2013 -- one week left for early bird price

Dear Jack, thank you for the invitation and the initiative / effort to organise this 
great event. Yes, we do need to recharge and strengthen our relationships as colleagues. Unfortunately those of us who's wives can not attend due to work related responsibilities, do not need more time away from our wives. The ministers and wives conference was always intended to address this problem, but did not succeed in this goal for those of us who most need it. This is very unfortunate! Wish we could attend!
