[Mins] Vicariate for Mr Stephen Coleman

Dear Clerks,
It is with pleasure that I can inform the churches that Mr Stephen Coleman will finalise his RTC Ministry studies at the completion of this Semester. The Candidacy Committee has approved Stephen to do his 12 months vicariate as from 1 January 2014 (or earlier if that is more convenient).
We invite interested churches to send their application to the Candidacy Committee /attention of Henriet Vanderstoep as soon as is possible but definitely before Friday 18 October 2013.
Attached you will find:
1. The Committee's official letter 
2. Stephen most recent profile
3. Some documents relating to a Vicariate
4. Added info for churches re some financial reimbursement from the Synodical Treasurer, Mr. Troy Van Der Noord
