Hi Jack

I prayed about the "date clash" with two very important events happening on
the 16th, and I believe God has "prompted" to get our church to attend both.

See the email I just sent out - it explains it all.

I hope it makes sense? We have some very capable people, who are leaders in
their own right on different teams in the church - and we will be
encouraging such folks to attend.

I mailed the whole church, asking for at least six to step forward, but
hopefully it'll be more than that attending in the end.

Hi church

On Sat' the 16th March our church will host a CMLM (Combined Ministry
Leaders Meeting).

That is where we get all the point people from the different ministries in
Grace Church come together to strategise/brainstorm/pray together in our
efforts to ensure our church is healthy and on track with God's plans for
us. This is a very important event and I want to ask for your prayers for
us.

Another event [happening on the same day] has come up which we also need
representation from our church is the 'Advance Together' conference at the
Willeton Reformed Church (South Perth). As our point leaders are locked in
for the CMLM, I am asking for some of you to consider representing our
church at this event. I would be good if at least 6 folks could go, as all
the W.A. CRCA churches will be present and we can't be seen as being absent.
Please look at the attached document. If you are involved in any of the
areas mentioned, can you please consider attending this event - so
representing Grace CRC? We would then love to get the info you gained from
this event passed on to the rest of our ministry teams.

Dear friends in WA,

We are truly looking forward to gathering with you and your churches at the
Willetton church on Saturday 16 March for the first Advance Together CRCA
conference.    

It will be a great day of learning and fellowship as we seek together to
raise the bar -- making disciples together.

I am sure you have been promoting this event, since we are already receiving
a good number of indications from people attending.  

I will be contacting you at some point later on this week to answer any
questions you might have and to encourage you in your participation in this
unique opportunity as churches in Classis WA.

Attached please find the information brochure sent out to your church.

If you have any questions that you like to have an immediate answer, please
don't hesitate to contact me.  Otherwise, I will be in touch with you at
