[Mins] Updated information about Children's ministry

Hi Brothers

At the start of the year I'd like to update my contact list for your church's children's ministry key leaders. 
I regularly send children's ministry updates and try to contact them personally throughout the year.


With their permission can you please send me their name, phone number and email.
Even if there are no changes from last year can you please send me their details again.

Children's ministries include children 0 - 12:

1. Creche
2.  Sunday School, 
3. Boys and girl's clubs (eg Cadets and GEMS)
4. Catechism
5. Holiday Club
.... etc

I am trying to deal directly with your leaders to encourage and resource them according to their needs. I'd be disappointed if I couldn't contact your church's team.
