[Mins] [Bulletins] New series: Core tasks for the church

Hi all,

At Gateway we have been working though some aspects of the church’s core tasks - a ‘revision’ for us: With the release of Hope Community Church in September, Gateway has been reviewing their understanding of God’s calling to them as a church. I’ve preached a short series on some of the basic elements of how we see our task. 

I thought aspects of this might be relevant to a wider readership, so I am serialising this on my blog. Rather than throw the sermons up as is, I am filling out a little more detail, and posting them as shorter pieces. While there will occasionally be references to what is happening locally, I will generalise these posts so they’re relevant in a wider context.

Anyway, the first few about discipleship, growth and what churches might do to stimulate discipleship development.
