Dear Ministers and Clerks of CRCA,
The Candidacy Committee has instructed me to send out the invitation again re the availability of Julian Dykman for a vicariate as from 1 January 2014.
To date we have not received sufficient applications to be able to make a choice and allocate this vicar.
Would you please consider this request prayerfully and remember the closing date for applications is 18 October 2013.

Dear Clerks,
It is with pleasure that I can inform the churches that Mr Julian Dykman will finalise his RTC Ministry studies at the completion of this Semester. The Candidacy Committee has approved Julian to do his 12 months vicariate as from 1 January 2014 (or earlier if that is more convenient).
We invite interested churches to send their application to the Candidacy Committee /attention of Henriet Vanderstoep as soon as is possible but definitely before Friday 18 October 2013.
Attached you will find:
1. The Committee's official letter 
2. Julian's most recent profile
3. A photo of Julian and his wife, Melinda
4. Some documents relating to a Vicariate
5. Added info for churches re some financial reimbursement from the Synodical Treasurer, Mr. Troy Van Der Noord
