Hi All,

Thank you for the information regarding the GOSPEL ministry in India.

Our deacons are seeking some clarification and they have asked me to write
a brief email asking for some further clarification.

Our Good Friday offering (as well as our Christmas Day offering) are always
for "empty hands" (WD&R), specifically filling the hands of those who can
assist those who are in need of food, clothing and shelter etc. However,
we haven't received any information about that side of the WD&R work.

We did receive all the information about GOSPEL and the need for extra
funding so that there can be an increase in Church Planting in India. Is
this now part of the 'developing' strategy of the WD&R? We also see that
this Church Planting work in India be a focus of our prayers on Good Friday
and Easter Sunday.

So the question is whether our WD&R offering on Good Friday (and Christmas
Day) has now become a "Church Planting" offering rather than filling the
hands of those who can assist those who are in need of food, clothing and
shelter etc.

If you could give us some further clarity on this matter, I am sure that
our deacons will appreciate it and will be able to give a more informed
recommendation to our members.

Blessings on your ongoing work.

John Z.
