The opening prayer service for Synod was held at Casey CRC, where delegates and members of the CRCA gathered to worship the Lord and seek his blessing on Synod. Various members of the previous and current Moderamen and Synodical Interim Committee took part. John De Boer preached on Matthew 28:18-20 and the “Making & Growing Disciples of Christ – The Core Business of God’s People” followed by a time of fellowship afterwards.
